Dale Air takes pride in delivering aroma solutions to museums, theme parks, attractions, and designers, for education and for the use in point-of-sale. Upon request we design aromas and dispensing solutions tailored to our client’s specifications. We also take pride in delivering products on time and with good customer relations. The organisation of our company ensures personal friendly service.

Dale Air has been established for over 20 years at first providing air freshening for hotels, hospitals, nursing homes and domestic homes. After requests from the Jorvic Viking Centre in York for the more unusual aromas, Dale Air has become famous for the aroma of fishmarket rather than freesia and vomit rather than violets.

Our range of Vortex dispensers

Our Vortex range of machines dispense the aromas. The reliability of the Vortex dispensers is famous in itself, as the workhorse of the range the Variable Vortex has a lifespan of over 15 years on average. We warranty the Midi Vortex, Standard Vortex and the Variable Vortex for two years. The air freshening range of aromas may be bought from our on line store. The themed aromas are not sold on line as we feel they may be miss used. We also prefer to give personal advice to our clients to obtain maximum benefit on our products.

Although as previously stated our themed aroma business has to some degree over taken the air freshening side of the business Dale Air still holds an important foothold in this market and intends to expand the air freshening range and distributor base. New scents are being created to enhance the older range.

A selection of Vortex cubes

New to the range mainly designed for educational purposes is the Vortex Cube. A 50mm x 50mm square cube filled with any of our fragrances. The Vortex Cube has established itself as a favourite with special needs teachers, mainstream teachers, educational departments in zoos and museums. The Vortex Cube was fist designed for our Nostalgic Aroma Pack, four cubes with smells of the past e.g. coal fire and washday. The Nostalgic Aroma Pack has been used in hospitals and nursing homes for many years to help residents suffering with dementia, the scents bringing back memories from the past evoking conversation and stimulating the mind.

As well as the Nostalgic Aroma Pack we also have the popular Aromas of Football Pack and will on request provide any pack within our smell range. Some examples are Seaside Pack, Dinosaur Pack, Scottish Pack and Christmas Pack. The packs can be given as presents to the person who has everything. This makes the perfect unusual gift.

We export our aromas from the nice to the bad to over fifteen countries worldwide. Typical clients are museums, cafés, leisure centres, offices, shopping complexes, hospitals, nursing homes, theatres, interior designers, designers of attractions, hotels and domestic homes.

Our aim for the future is to continue creating scents, good ones, bad ones and the unusual ones. To design new dispensing systems using fresh ideas tailored to our customer’s wishes and to maintain our reputation for excellence in customer service and reliability of delivery and products.
