Delivery Information
Shipping And Handling: All orders are dispatched within five to ten working days from receipt of order. In the unlikely event of a delay we will contact you with a delivery date and reason.
Notice: For deliveries to Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg, please contact our Benelux distributor, Habitat Solutions BV.
Delivery Schedule: We will normally send your order to you in two to three business days but at very busy times it can take five business days. International orders are generally received in under ten days.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Even so, we will contact you.
