We aim to despatch all goods within 5 working days from the receipt of your order. Many orders are actually despatched within a much quicker time-frame but for safeguard purposes please take account of the following special cases that may incur a longer wait for your goods:
If we are designing a bespoke aroma or scratch and sniff product for you, we will tell you how long it is likely to take as each project can be slightly different.
Occasionally we may have to wait for ingredients to become available to complete your order, in this case we will notify you and send your order in two despatches if required.
If you require your goods by a certain date/time, please telephone or email us in advance of your order to check that this is feasible, it also advisable to use our 'notes' section on your order form to tell us of any special requirements you may have.
In the unlikely event of your order being delayed for any reason we will do our best to contact you with an expected delivery time & explanation.
How do we deliver your order?
We use FedEx as our domestic carriage provider so that we can track your aroma products and ensure that you receive them. All products up to 25kg are charged at the same rate. We have found, with other carriage otpions that our products go missing too often.
We only use Royal Mail post for our free sample service and our 3ml trial size micro beakers.
For our global customers we have set the carriage by product weight and country to help ensure you pay a fair price for your goods to be delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Delivery times vary greatly from country to country, if you need your goods on a set date please email prior to placing your order to see if this is possible.
