The olfactory system, or in other words, the parts of our brain that deal with smells are closely linked to the areas that deal with emotion and learning. What better way to make you exhibits more memorable than to add an associated odour, whether it be nice, such as freshly baked bread or one that is not so nice, for example vomit.
